We plan the flow
You send a rough headcount and a window. I build a simple schedule so people rotate through in a few minutes each, with no long lines.
I set up on site
I bring the backdrop, lighting, and everything else. All I need is a small space and a power outlet. Each person gets quick coaching so they actually like their photo.
Everyone gets matched finals
I retouch every selected photo to the same consistent look and deliver an organized gallery, named and ready for your website or directory.
Build your estimate
Move the slider and see your price update live. It is a real estimate, not a "contact us for pricing" black box.
Estimate only. Your final quote depends on location, schedule, and headcount on the day. Travel beyond LA and Ventura counties may add a small fee. Large conference? Ask about a flat day rate.
