Westlake Village is an odd and useful place to work. Part of it sits in Los Angeles County while the neighbourhood runs straight on into Ventura County, so people here tend to live on one side and work on the other. Nobody wants to add a drive to a studio in either direction.
So the studio comes to you. The office parks off Lindero Canyon Road and Russell Ranch Road almost always have a conference room or a long hallway that lights well, and setup takes about fifteen minutes. Executives, finance and insurance teams, medical practices, and real estate professionals are the usual bookings here, and often it is five or six people rather than one.
For outdoor looks, Westlake Lake and the promenade give you water and clean architecture, and the trails toward Triunfo Canyon give you oaks and open hillside without leaving town. Late afternoon is the good light. The 101 is close enough that shooting two locations in one session is realistic.
I also serve nearby areas including Thousand Oaks, Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Newbury Park, Calabasas, and Hidden Hills. If you are a little farther out, just ask.
