The canals give you water, footbridges, and quiet, which is rare this close to the beach. Abbot Kinney has storefronts, murals, and warm evening light, and the beach itself works well early in the morning before it fills up. If you have a studio or office worth shooting in, that is often the better choice.

Individuals in Venice pay $350 for a one hour professional session, two looks and six retouched photos. Actors pay $475 for both theatrical and commercial looks, twelve retouched. Groups start at $500 and are quoted per head from there. Travel is already in the price.
Wherever suits you. Josh brings lights and a portable backdrop, so an office, a conference room, a lobby, your home, or a park nearby all work. There is no studio to drive to and no rented space to pay for. Sessions also run in neighboring areas like Santa Monica.
That is the main thing Josh does around here. Team shoots cover creatives, founders, and small studios and anyone else on the floor, start at five people, and are priced from a $500 base plus per person. Everybody ends up matching, which is usually the actual problem a company is trying to solve.
Individual professional shoots are returned in twenty four hours. Actor and team work runs about three business days. Deadlines get accommodated when they are flagged up front rather than afterwards.
