Corporate campuses here usually have a training room or a wide hallway that works perfectly. If you want outdoor options, Wildwood Regional Park and the Conejo Valley Botanic Garden give you oaks and open hillside, and the Civic Arts Plaza area has clean modern architecture close to most offices.
