Anywhere in Ojai that has a bit of room. A meeting room, a hallway, a back patio, or a green space around the corner are all fine, since the lighting comes along and does not depend on the venue. Meiners Oaks and the areas next to it are part of the same trip.
Yes, and it is the bulk of the work. On-site team sessions start at five people, run $500 for the group plus a per person rate, and give everyone the same background and the same lighting. Most teams need five to ten minutes each once the setup is done, so twenty people is a half day rather than a full one.
Next day for a standard professional session. Actor sessions and team galleries are typically three business days. Rush turnaround exists for the times when a deadline will not move.
